Welcome to the Mindful Healing community hosted by leading Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher Bob Stahl, Ph.D., and Psychologist and MBSR teacher, Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D.. This is a community for people to share their experiences with the practices of mindfulness for promoting health and well-being as well as working with stress, pain, and illness. In this oasis of space we invite you to pause, take a breath in and out, and enter into the still pool of mindful connection with like-minded individuals. We look forward to connecting with you.
