Mindful Healing Blog

June 16, 2008 Mindful Healing VBlog

Whether this is your first time to this community or you have been coming for a while now, this is our weekly Video blog or Vblog. Today, Bob Stahl guides us in a brief centering practice and then shares a post from a community member who is really trying to get back to practicing mindfulness as a way of life. Just taking this moment to be present can be deeply restorative.

Thank you Bob for your peace meditation.  Only in peace can I explore this marvelous world I am in and be thankful and at peace.  Because of my medations my world has become more present to me.  Example: Color has always been a source of pleasure for me but it has receded from me in the past few years. Now it jumps out to me spontaneously. Without my effort it surprises me at any time or place.  This is true in general too.  I'll be doing my work and all of a sudden I get this wonderful sense of wellbeing.  I am thankful for the opportunities this blog site offers.        Lawrence
