Mindful Healing Blog

July 7 Mindful Healing Vblog

Welcome back to the Mindful Healing Community. Join Bob this week as he explores using mindfulness to break beyond the confines of our own minds and thoughts and open ourselves to possibilities that we may never have known were there. In this video he exemplies this with a beautiful poem by Mary Oliver, an excerpt from Margaret Wheatley, a personal story, and a brief guided meditation. If you feel this is supportive, please feel free to let your friends, family, clients, and colleagues know about it. Looking forward to connecting...

If you are brave and step out in front to let yourself be known you will suffer even from yourself, but the effort will lead you to discover, to grow new branches. To die or live we have the choice.
