Bob, thank you for taking the time in bringing loving kindness into our lives...  Recently, i have been away from the mindfulness site because my exuse was that i was busy with kids, work, etc. but again, i'm having to realize that if i don't take the time out for me and to be present, all of my busy-ness is just that BUSY-ness.  I've been continuing my meditation practice everyday, however, i think the mindfulness part of  my practice has been ignored...  I am grateful for you, elisha and this site for allowing me to continue my practice, to be aware of my practice and to pick up my practice where ever i may have "left" it...
